Aluminum, Copper Alloys (Bronze, Brass), Titanium, Nickel Alloys and all kind of Plastic material can be machined. ● Is it possible to know how are my products going on without visiting your company? We will offer a detailed production schedule and send weekly reports with digital pictures and videos which show the machining progress. ● What is a shaft used for? Mostsly by using CNC turning can make a shaft or sleeve, sometimes CNC milling is also need to be used to make holes or irregular shapes processing. If the quantity is larger we will use swiss CNC turning process to make them.Packaging: 200pcs or 300pcs in a polybag, a few bags in a carton box which is less than 22 KGS. Delivery: The samples delivery is about 7~15 days and the lead time for mass production is about 25-40 days.
